La Mirabel de Riom is a spring trail race held on Mirabel hill, located south of Riom in France's Puy-de-Dôme department. It provides three off-road distances: La Mirabel at 25 km with 380 m of elevation gain, L’Orchidée at 15 km with 260 m, and La Naturelle at 9 km with 130 m.
The courses traverse the hill country between Riom and the adjacent natural areas, with segments passing through both woodland and the town. The event emphasizes practicality and minimal waste; aid stations do not provide cups, requiring participants to use their own reusable ones. The variety of distances accommodates newer trail runners on the 9 km route and those seeking a longer, yet still moderate, hill challenge on the main course.
