La Mosnacoturne 2027

La Mosnacoturne is a night trail race held in Mosnac-Saint-Simeux, a village in the Charente department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Taking place in mid-January, it provides two short off-road distances, 9 km and 14 km, suitable for runners seeking a winter trail run rather than a lengthy mountain-style event. Both routes guide participants after dark through countryside paths, crossing vineyards, woods, and natural areas surrounding the local villages. The 14 km course is the more chosen option, while the 9 km offers a shorter woodland-and-nature iteration of the same night format. The race attracts a modest number of runners, with over 100 participants in the last edition.
