About this race
La Noctambule Thiézacoise is a semi-night trail event in Thiézac, Cantal, France, with runners starting in late afternoon and continuing into the evening in late September. Participants can choose from a short children’s race, a 14.6 km trail with 435 m of elevation gain, and a 27.6 km trail with 1120 m of climbing. Another listing rounds the longer route to 28 km and gives the toughest version 1400 m of ascent. The event is organized by LNT Association and includes a walking option named Terre de Nuit.
The longer race is named Objectif Lune, and it can be completed solo or as a two-person relay. The shorter trail is called La Pitchoune, and the children’s 1 km race is listed as Hiboutchoux. This is a small, local event, with a previous edition attracting just over 100 participants. The program includes options for children, walkers, solo trail runners, and relay teams, all participating in the same evening schedule.
