La r'montons c'nise - Mont-Saxonnex 2027

La R'montons C'nise is a night ski-mountaineering race held in Mont-Saxonnex, Haute-Savoie, during January, provided weather and snow conditions permit. It is a short, uphill-focused ski touring event, not a long mountain raid. Two classified options are offered: a discovery course with 500 metres of climbing and an elite course with 700 metres of climbing and 180 metres of descent. The association Cenise Bargy organizes the race. Bib pickup and the start are located at the salle hors sac. The discovery race begins in the early evening, with the elite field starting half an hour later. The entry fee is 25 euros. The organizers maintain a contingency plan for poor snow conditions: the ski race may be postponed if safety is a concern, or it may be converted to a trail run in running shoes if snow remains insufficient.
