La Trifouillette 2026

La Trifouillette is a trail race series held in Igny, Essonne, southwest of Paris in Île-de-France. Its main early-September program includes three off-road distances: 8 km, 16 km, and 26 km, allowing runners to select a short woodland run or a longer trail effort. The routes follow paths and forest trails through the woods of Igny and Verrières-le-Buisson. The race slogan encourages participants to “dig into the burnt woods of Igny.” In the previous edition, the shorter two distances each attracted over 200 runners, and the 26 km race had over 100 participants. This created the atmosphere of a local trail event with a substantial field. The Trifouillette Blanche format also features a 20 km trail option with approximately 500 m of elevation gain.
