La TVTC, "Tu viens tu cours" 2026

The TVTC, short for "Tu viens tu cours" or "You come, you run", is a trail event held in Villiers-Saint-Frédéric, located in the Yvelines area west of Paris. It takes place in early October and offers adults three main choices: a 7 km Nordic walk, a 10 km trail run, and a 21 km trail run. The routes wind through a natural forest setting, making it an off-road excursion rather than a city race. The 10 km course is designed for runners seeking a demanding yet achievable challenge, while the 21 km is suited for more seasoned trail runners. Separate courses are available for children and juniors, extending the day's activities beyond the adult competitions.
