About this race
Le Circuit bénédictin is a 10 km race in Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes, Ille-et-Vilaine, with a new 5 km option. The 10 km begins in the morning on rue du Centre, and the 5 km, named the Boucle bénédictine, starts shortly after on rue des Verdières. The event is designed for runners seeking a time and for those wanting a local race without a difficult course.
The 10 km consists of two 5 km loops on road and path, with the 5 km using only the first loop. The route is flat and rolling, suitable for beginners and for faster runners aiming for a personal best. Entries are limited to 500 for the 10 km and 200 for the 5 km. The shorter race is open to the minimes age group, around 13 to 14 years old. It also counts towards the Challenge Crédit agricole du pays de Dinan and the Côte d’Émeraude. 10 km finishers will receive a towel featuring the allée de la Rabine section of the course.
