About this race
Le Relais Rose - Bastia is a demanding 103 km road race on Cap Corse, the peninsula north of Bastia in Haute-Corse. It takes place in autumn, near the end of summer. Participants can complete the full distance solo, in teams of 2, 4, or 8, or by bicycle. A separate 5 km walk in Bastia offers a shorter, more accessible option.
The course follows the narrow, winding roads of Cap Corse, with proximity to the sea, beaches, and mountains, unlike a flat city circuit. The participants include endurance runners, relay teams, cyclists, and walkers, welcoming those not aiming for the full 103 km. The event also provides support for Endur'Ensemble, an association assisting vulnerable individuals facing difficult life circumstances like illness or disability. The race, relatively new, is noted by finishers for its strong atmosphere.
