Les foulée roses - Dax 2026

Les Foulées roses is a race-and-walk event in Dax with the Parc des Arènes as its starting point. The program begins at 9:30 in the morning and includes several options, so the day is built for runners and walkers rather than only competitive racers. The event has reached its 12th edition and draws a large local crowd, with about 4,500 registered participants. A 4-kilometer walk was added in place of Nordic walking, and it worked well because less sporty people and disabled participants could join in more easily. Around a thousand walkers also completed the 7-kilometer distance, while others chose to run under autumn sun.
