Les Foulées de l'Embanie 2026

Les Foulées de l'Embanie is a family road-running event in Heillecourt, near Nancy in France's Meurthe-et-Moselle department, held in early autumn. The day is built around short, accessible races as well as a 10 km road race, with options for runners, walkers, company teams, Nordic walkers, children, juniors, and people with reduced mobility. The courses are situated around the Grand Parc de l'Embanie. Distances start at 500 m for the youngest entrants and go up to the 10 km Course des As for juniors, seniors, and veterans.
