Les foulées du lac - Montauroux 2027

Les Foulées du Lac is a nature race held in Montauroux, a village near the Préalpes d'Azur in the Var. The primary event is a 13.4 km run along Lac de Saint-Cassien, commencing at 9:30 a.m. from Les Esterets du Lac. Participants may complete the full distance individually or as a relay, with segments of 3 km, 7 km, and 3.4 km. On the same morning, 11 km Nordic walking options are available for both recreational walkers and competitive participants. The course begins lakeside and concludes at the college in Montauroux, with complimentary shuttle services connecting these locations from morning until the race's conclusion. Portions of the route traverse public roads or roads open to traffic, distinguishing it as a nature race rather than a completely closed trail event. EPF Athlétisme and the NaturaTrail team, with local assistance, are the organizers. The event supports Trail pour Tous, with a portion of each paid entry donated to the association. Following the main race, a free parent-child relay over two 1,500 m legs is offered for families.
