Les Foulées Hesdinoises is a road-running series in Hesdin, Pas-de-Calais, Hauts-de-France. It is usually scheduled for late April and offers distances of 500 m, 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon (21.0975 km). The main races start consecutively in the morning, beginning with the half marathon, followed by the 10 km and 5 km.
The event caters to different runners: adults can select distances from a 5 km to the half marathon, while younger participants have 500 m, 1 km, and 2 km races. The 10 km route includes about 93 m of elevation gain and a low point near 9 m, while the 5 km has about 22 m of climbing.
