Les Foulées iodées d’An Arvor is a 13 km trail race in Larmor-Plage, on the Morbihan coast near Lorient. It starts at the Larmor stadium and forms a loop around the An Ar Arvor area, with the main race open to Cadets and older. The event also includes children’s races split by age group, catering to young runners and experienced trail runners alike. Entries are capped at 700 participants. The route reaches the coastal path early, with views of Île de Groix, Locmiquélic, and the Lorient estuary. After several road kilometres, runners turn onto nature trails around Étang du Ter and through its forest, where the course includes some climbs rather than remaining flat. The finish returns to the stadium via greenway. Larmor Estran Athlétisme organizes the race, with a focus on local elements: a salty-air run utilizing the coastline, woods, and stadium within one compact loop.
