Les Marais Blancs is a winter cycling event held in Montebourg, Manche, Normandy. It is primarily a road-cycling randonnée, with listed distances of 100, 150, and 200 km. The main routes offered are 150 km and 200 km.
The name originates from the "white marshes" within the Parc Régional des Marais du Bessin et du Cotentin. In winter, these areas flood, leaving behind fertile alluvial soil. The route crosses these marshes, and water levels can vary annually, altering the ride's character. A road might be at water level one year and submerged the next. Participants will also pass locations associated with US parachute drops during D-Day. The 200 km route holds BRM 200 homologation from Audax Club Parisien, with no time limits, and also carries Federal Brevet homologation.
