Ma'mouthe trail - Thenon 2026

Ma'mouthe Trail is a July trail running event held in Thenon, located in France's Dordogne department. It offers three distances: 21 km, 14 km, and 8 km. The starts are staggered throughout the morning, beginning with the 21 km race at 09:00, followed by the 14 km at 09:15, and the 8 km at 09:30. The courses have significant elevation changes despite their relatively short distances. The 21 km route features a 610 m climb, the 14 km route has 410 m of ascent, and the 8 km route includes 250 m of climbing. For those who prefer walking, there are 14 km and 7 km randonnée options. The previous edition attracted 353 participants.
