Arcachon’s Marathon des 4 Saisons is a road race in Gironde, on France’s Arcachon Bay, with the full 42.195 km marathon as its main distance. It is planned for early March and also offers a two-person marathon relay, plus a 21 km Nordic walk through the Arcachon forest.
The marathon route uses three very Arcachon settings: town streets, forest, and the seafront. Individual runners, pairs, and walkers can all join the weekend, and the race leans into its “Four Seasons” name with a playful Vivaldi theme and a festive race-day feel. It follows the earlier Arcachon Marathon du Printemps, so it is still a young event rather than a long-established classic. After the race, organizers point visitors toward the Dune of Pilat and boat trips around the bay.
