Relais des Roses is a team running relay in Châtenoy-en-Bresse, Saône-et-Loire, based on the marathon distance. Six runners divide 42 km: each participant covers 6 km, and then the entire team runs the final 6 km together. The event has taken place since 2004 and is now organized by Chalon Triathlon Club. It welcomes all levels, offering men's, women's, and mixed categories.
The course circles Prairie Saint-Nicolas and Roseraie Saint-Nicolas, featuring approximately 20 meters of elevation gain, making the challenge focused on teamwork rather than climbing. Clubs, companies, associations, families, hospital staff, and groups of friends participate, with organizations permitted to enter multiple teams. The day includes a speaker, refreshments, changing rooms, makeup, costumes, and numerous team antics surrounding the race.
