The Ronde du TAM - Montady takes place on a January morning in Montady, located in the Hérault department of southern France. This race is organized by the local TAM running club. The primary event is the club’s customary 10 km race. The program also features a half marathon, which participants can complete individually by running two laps or as a pair. The event accommodates walkers with a timed 8.6 km Nordic walk and a 6.4 km hike.
The event is designed for a community-focused club audience, not exclusively for elite athletes. Children can participate in three free races covering 750 m, 1500 m, and 3000 m. For the 30th edition, runners and Nordic walkers will receive a collector’s jersey. The first 600 registered participants are assured of receiving prizes. Bib numbers are entered into a draw for both runners and walkers. Following the races, the club hosts its traditional post-race buffet. Additionally, registration fees contribute to Arche de Noa, an association supporting Noa’s daily challenges with cerebral palsy.
