Ronde Monistrolienne VTT - Monistrol-sur-Loire 2026

Ronde Monistrolienne VTT is a mountain-bike randonnée held in October, starting from La Capitelle in Monistrol-sur-Loire, Haute-Loire. Organized by Cyclo Club Monistrol-sur-Loire, it provides five off-road routes: 18, 25, 35, 45, and 60 km. The shorter routes are rated very easy, the mid-range routes easy, and the 60 km route difficult, catering to both casual cyclists and those seeking a challenging climb. The courses begin in the Mazel area. Climbing ranges from 360 m on the 18 km route to 1,250 m on the 60 km route. Electric-assist mountain bikes are permitted, easing the difficulty of the steeper routes. Participants can arrive early, with departure times staggered based on distance; the longest route requires an earlier start. Registration fees are modest for adults and waived for participants under 18, with a small discount for licensed riders.
