About this race
The Run in Bernières is a small road race in Bernières-sur-Mer on France’s Côte de Nacre, offering 5 km and 10 km distances. The event typically takes place in early March, running from morning into early afternoon. This provides local runners with a concise race day, distinct from a full-distance festival.
The course is urban, very flat, and almost entirely asphalt, featuring brief sections that alter pace and require runners to accelerate. The races are open to all participants and are part of the Normand Running Festival, organized by the Caen Athlétic Club. The series is relatively new, with a limited number of past editions.
