Santa Anna Trail - Baillestavy 2027

MON, April 12, 2027 · Baillestavy , France

About this race

The Santa Anna Trail begins in Baillestavy, a small mountain village in the Pyrénées-Orientales, organized by the RAC of Saint-Estève. This trail-running event offers two distances: the 22 km Baillesta Trail and the 31 km Santa Anna, which includes a 2,000 m ascent. Approximately 300 runners are anticipated for this compact mountain race. Both routes initially lead from Baillestavy towards Glorianes, ascending to Roc de l’Amoriador, passing a carved stone. They proceed to the Coll de les Arques, an old landmark near Neolithic ruins. The 22 km race diverges towards the Santa Anna chapel ruins, then descends past the Creu d’en Turon antennas before returning to Baillestavy. The 31 km course continues along the ridge to Pic Ambrosi, descends to Serrabonne over technical terrain, climbs again through the Colls de l’Aspic and de Saleig, and rejoins the shorter route near Coll de les Arques. Both distances feature men's and women's rankings, with the Santa Anna also offering duo teams in men's, women's, and mixed categories.
