Soli'Trail Picard is a charity trail event held in Moru-Pontpoint, Oise department of Hauts-de-France. The start is at the Salle du Petit Train des Sablieres on Rue des Sablons. It takes place in early April, offering participants three choices: a 21 km trail, a 12 km nature run, or a 12 km walk. The event welcomes all, not exclusively experienced trail runners.
The 21 km route includes 450 meters of elevation gain, distinguishing it from a flat road race. The courses traverse the preserved Oise countryside. The event's primary goal is charitable, raising funds for children with cancer, including those treated at Gustave Roussy hospital. This spirit of solidarity is key, uniting runners, walkers, families, and local residents for an afternoon around Moru and Pontpoint.
