About this race
The Trail de Crève Coeur is a trail running event in Nemours, south of Paris, offering three race distances: 5 km, 11 km, and 25 km. The 5 km race is open to participants from the Minime age category upwards, the 11 km from Cadets, and the 25 km from Juniors, ensuring the event includes young runners alongside adults. A limit of 700 runners is in place for all races combined, poles are prohibited on all courses, and registration on race day is not available.
The 25 km route includes three aid stations for liquids and has cutoffs at 11 km and 19 km. The 11 km course features one aid station for liquids. All participants receive food and drink at the finish line; runners are requested to bring their own cup. Prizes are awarded to many participants, with overall awards for the 5 km, 11 km, and 25 km races, as well as category prizes for junior, cadet, espoir, and masters, varying by distance. The race location is clearly marked from the A6 motorway exit, simplifying arrival for a local trail event.
