Trail de l'Anjou 2026

Trail de l'Anjou is an evening trail race held at the Château du Plessis-Macé, located north of Angers in Maine-et-Loire. It begins at 5 PM as dusk settles, featuring two course options: a 1.5 km family route with 50 available spots, and a 12 km race for 1,000 participants. The entry fee for the 12 km race is €15 for the general public and €13 for licensed runners. The château serves as more than just the starting point; both departures and finishes are located there. The grounds also host the Festival d'Anjou. The day incorporates cultural activities connected to the history of the château and the Anjou region, offering diversions for families besides observing the race. One euro from each registration supports Mécénat chirurgie cardiaque, and the event is planned as an annual occurrence.
