Trail de l'Ankou is a trail race held in late January in Ploumilliau, Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany, France. It features two short off-road distances: 7.5 km and 14 km, with the 14 km being the more popular choice. While the event is situated near the coast, offering some seaside elements, its primary focus is rural running along the paths surrounding Ploumilliau.
Approximately 80 percent of the course follows country paths, incorporating technical trail sections rather than smooth lanes. The previous edition saw over 100 participants for both distances, indicating a well-attended local trail event. Now in its seventh edition, the race emphasizes its Breton setting, described as a nature race that combines inland paths with the nearby sea.
