Trail de la Braunhie is a nature race in Caniac-du-Causse, in the Lot department of Occitanie, France. Its main trail runs 14 km through the Braunhie forest, usually held in early April. Located within the Parc Naturel des Causses du Quercy, the 14 km route includes about 300 m of climbing. Shorter 6 km and 10 km options are also available, along with walking routes, catering to participants of varying abilities.
The course winds through limestone causse country, with wild orchids and junipers visible along the forest paths. The association Chez Namphaise organizes the event. The name references Saint Namphaise, a local hermit associated with rock-cut basins used for watering livestock. Participants require a license or medical certificate. All entrants receive a gift, and prizes are awarded to the first finishers, including the top three men and women. The day concludes with an aperitif for participants.
