Trail de Ménilles Vallée d'Eure 2026

The Trail de Ménilles Vallée d'Eure begins at the Château de Ménilles in Normandy, offering runners four distance choices: 11 km, 23 km, 34 km, and 46 km. The 46 km race includes 850 meters of elevation gain, and the 11 km route features 280 meters of elevation gain, indicating challenging terrain rather than a flat course. An 11 km Nordic walk is also available, untimed, for those who prefer to enjoy the outdoor setting without competitive timing. The courses consist primarily of dirt paths, with each distance being 70% to 77% off-road. The trails traverse the Eure region, passing by lakes and ponds. Participation is capped at 500 runners per race. The inaugural event was held at the château. Optional technical T-shirts and personalized neck gaiters are available, with proceeds supporting the partner charity Blue Bubble.
