Trail de Mezzavia 2027

The Trail de Mezzavia begins and concludes at the Martinetti family gas station in Mezzavia, situated north of Ajaccio in Corsica. This late-March event offers urban trail running and walking, featuring loop courses that focus on the neighborhood. The race also accommodates Nordic walking, handisport participants, and dog-running categories like Canitrail and Canicross. The course winds through streets, country paths, and wooded areas before ascending towards Mont Sant'Angelo. Participants will encounter the Mezzavia Aqueduct, cross a river, loop around the Peraldi vineyards, and gain elevated perspectives of the Bay of Ajaccio. The route includes significant elevation changes and technical sections, with marshals, yellow markers, and red-and-white ribbon indicating the way. The gas station start and finish honors Matthieu Martinetti, embedding a personal local narrative into the event.
