Trail de roucassiero - Le Tignet 2026

The Trail de Roucassiero - Le Tignet begins at the Mairie du Val du Tignet in the Alpes-Maritimes, directing participants onto natural trails where self-sufficiency is required. Organized by Le Tignet Course a Pied in late November, with backing from the town and local groups, the event is included in the Challenge Trail 06. Two timed trail races are offered: Lou Roucas, covering 19.5 km with 950 m of elevation gain, and Lou Pitchoun, a 9.5 km race with 430 m of elevation gain. The program also features Lou Viradou, a 9.1 km hike suitable for families, featuring 270 m of climbing and an estimated walking time of 2 hours 45 minutes, without official timing. The courses present technical segments demanding runner focus, and any sections shared with traffic adhere to road regulations. Lou Roucas is accessible to juniors and above, Lou Pitchoun to cadets and above. Participants must present a valid competition license or a French PPS health certificate to compete.
