Trail des 3 Couvents is a trail race held in late April in Saint-Laurent-du-Pont, located in France’s Isère department. Its routes traverse the Chartreuse massif, offering mountain running challenges. The race features three distances: 13 km with 750 m of elevation gain, 24 km with 1500 m, and a 53 km option with 3400 m of ascent. The 53 km race is designed for participants prepared for extended time on demanding terrain.
