Trail des Côtes de Meuse is a small trail race held in early March, starting at the champ de foire in Vigneulles-lès-Hattonchâtel, located in the Meuse department of France’s Grand Est region. Participants can select either a 10 km or a 20 km course, with the 20 km being the more frequently chosen distance. The race route guides runners along accessible trails within the Côtes de Meuse region, deviating from a simple road loop. The event has a modest turnout; the prior edition saw slightly more than 100 participants, contributing to a local atmosphere rather than a feeling of congestion. Following the race, a pasta meal is provided by the organizers, and a practical amenity for families is an inflatable play structure for children.
