Trail des mauroux - Targasonne 2026

Trail des Mauroux begins in Thémis, the solar power station situated above Targasonne in the Pyrénées-Orientales. This is a short mountain trail race: 12 km with 700 m of elevation gain, commencing at 11:00. It is categorized as a Trail découverte, indicating a compact distance with significant climbing. The course follows mountain paths and single tracks, avoiding road sections, which contributes to its technical nature compared to a flat 12 km run. Organized by Alticim Font-Romeu, it is part of the FAT Festival and also contributes to the independent CDR66 challenge.
