Trail des meuniers 2027

Trail des Meuniers is a trail running and walking event in Sonnac, Occitanie, with routes on local paths around the village. Runners can select short or longer options: 5 km, 10 km, 16 km, 20 km, and sometimes 22 km. Walkers have 5 km, 10 km, and 16 km choices. It is a relaxed local event; the 20 km is untimed, with starts staggered through the morning. The routes traverse the Diège valley and Aveyron countryside, featuring preserved nature and mountain views as noted in event materials. One past edition had 240 participants, including 85 runners, who collectively covered over 3,000 km. Finishers found the course challenging yet scenic, suited to trail runners' preferences. APE Asprières-Sonnac organizes the race with Team Pif Capdenac, and the event includes food and drink after the runs.
