Trail des Moulins

The Trail des Moulins is a forest-path trail series offering distances from a free 750m kids' run to a 33km course. The main daytime program begins in the morning, and La Nocturne des Moulins is a distinct 12km evening race. It accommodates various runners: children up to age 9 run the 750m Mini Trail, ages 10 to 13 run a 1450m Mini Trail, and adult races include 5km, 10km, 16km, 33km, and the 12km night option. The 5km Course Populaire has only 35m of elevation gain, serving as the most accessible adult option. The 10km Trail Découverte and 12km Nocturne each gain 150m, the 16km Trail des Moulins gains 300m, and the 33km Trail des Moulins et Châteaux doubles that to 600m. The longest race is for participants aged 20 and over, with the event specifying a 2-hour checkpoint at 17km, indicating a more demanding challenge compared to the shorter forest routes.
