Trail des P'tites Lucioles 2027

Trail des P'tites Lucioles is a night trail event in the Oise department of northern France, based around Fleurines in the Halatte forest. It typically takes place in March and maintains a limited field, capped at 600 participants. The program caters to runners and walkers, not solely racers: trail options include 12 km and 17 km routes, with the 12 km course featuring approximately 350 meters of elevation gain. Walkers can select shorter distances like 7 km or 12 km, and the event also offers a non-timed Nordic walk and a 7 km run-and-bike option. The name translates to “the little fireflies,” and the event embraces this theme with forest paths traversed after dark, headlamps, and a firefly-lit atmosphere among participants who come for the trails and nature. It also serves as a solidarity event for children with cancer. Funds raised support hospital activities, material donations, and wishes for children undergoing treatment in the child and adolescent oncology department at Gustave Roussy in Villejuif.
