Trail des requins - Grand-Couronne 2027

Trail des Requins is a January nature trail race held in Grand-Couronne, Seine-Maritime, Normandy. Participants enter the La Londe-Rouvray forest for a cold-weather start to the running year. Main distances are approximately 10 km and 20 km, with longer options around 15 km and 22 km available depending on the edition. The short race, Le Classique, begins with a quick lap of the stadium followed by an 800 m climb gaining about 100 m. It continues through a series of small hills before a more runnable false-flat section. The event embraces its shark theme, referred to as “Les Jaws du Trail,” and includes a children’s race. The adult routes feature significant climbing: the 10 km has about 300 m of elevation gain, the 15 km around 500 m, and the 20 km approximately 600 m.
