Trail des ruthènes - Marcillac-Vallon 2027

The Trail des Ruthènes begins in Souyri and concludes at Pont Rouge in Marcillac, within France's Aveyron department. This winter trail-running event takes place in Le Vallon, the region between Salles-la-Source and Marcillac-Vallon, offering four race distances: 12 km, 22 km, 32 km, and 55 km. The courses traverse the area's rougier and clay-limestone terrain, a landscape influenced by the convergence of three climate zones. Participants will encounter waterfalls, small villages, hamlets, and stretches along the Corniche. The race is designed to showcase Le Vallon via its paths, avoiding roads. The event provides logistical support for registration, bib collection, lodging, aid stations, course marking, timing, showers, results, photography, and performance tracking.
