Trail des Sentiers du Paty is a trail race held in early April in Caromb, a village in the Vaucluse region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in southern France. The local running association Les Sentiers du Paty organizes it annually, offering three main distances: 7 km, 13 km, and 25 km. Each route is a single loop. The 7 km has approximately 200 m of climbing, the 13 km has 400 m, and the 25 km has about 900 to 1000 m. Even the shortest option involves significant trail running.
The courses follow rural paths around the Lac du Paty area, showcasing local heritage outside Caromb instead of a tour through the town. The 13 km is the most popular distance. The 25 km is classified as Trail XS, attracting participants seeking a longer, more challenging course. The event also features children's and junior races, with participants coming from the region and beyond. Its French tagline, "On espère que tu n'en pâtiras pas trop," humorously suggests the Paty trails may cause some difficulty.
