Trail du Porteur d'Eau 2026

The Trail du Porteur d'Eau takes place entirely within the forest of Rennes, beginning at Salle des Blanchets in Thorigné-Fouillard, close to Rennes. This nature-running and trail series offers four distances: a 10 km Course Nature, an 18 km Trail Découverte, a 27 km Trail Court, and a 37 km trail for those seeking an extended forest run. The event is held in December, a time when the terrain is often wet, greasy, and slippery, making trail shoes a strong recommendation. The courses utilize forest tracks, mountain-bike paths, and GR walking trails, avoiding road loops. The 10 km race is open to solo runners or mixed duos, while the longer distances cater to participants progressing from discovery trails to more challenging off-road endeavors.
