Trail du Rouvray - Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray 2026

The Trail du Rouvray is a November trail race held in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, close to Rouen. The start and finish are located at the INSA gymnasium on avenue Galilée. Participants can select from 10 km, 16 km, or 22 km routes. A 10 km Nordic walking event is also offered. The Running Club Stéphanais 76 is the organizer, and the event has a limit of 850 participants, though additional bibs may be made available if needed. The race routes traverse the Madrillet and Rouvray forests, positioning it as a woodland trail event rather than a road race. The 10 km race and the Nordic walk are self-sufficient. The 16 km and 22 km routes include one aid station located just beyond the 10 km mark, with a potential cutoff time of 1 hour 30 minutes for participants at that point. Entry is open to cadets and older for the 10 km and Nordic walk, and to juniors and older for the longer distances. Prizes will be awarded to overall and category winners.
