Trail griffes du diable - Le Tampon 2027

Trail Griffes du Diable is a trail race on Réunion Island, starting at Pas de Bellecombe on the edge of the Piton de la Fournaise volcano. Participants can select either a 16 km or 27 km course, and the event takes place on footpaths, not roads. The route circles the high volcanic terrain surrounding Piton de la Fournaise. Both the start and finish are located at Pas de Bellecombe, which also serves as the bib pickup point, establishing the volcano viewpoint as the race's central location. The event is associated with AAJM and the Jacky Murat athletics club, receives support from the Sainte-Rose municipality, and is recognized by the National League as a trail event with ITRA Mountain and Finisher levels.
