Trail Nature d'Isle is a capped trail-running event in Isle, Haute-Vienne, offering three race options in the Limousin countryside. The program includes a short 4 km discovery trail, a 9 km nature race, and a 22 km trail race, providing runners a choice between a quick off-road outing and a longer hilly effort. The 4 km route is for U16 runners and masters over 50, free for these groups; the 9 km race is open from cadets through masters, and the 22 km race is run individually.
The courses follow natural paths and wooded tracks, with rolling terrain rather than mountain climbing. The shortest route has about 60 meters of elevation gain, the 9 km race has about 130 meters, and the 22 km trail climbs about 600 meters, making the long course the main challenge. The event also features a team challenge for groups of 4 to 7 runners, with the team result based on the four best-placed members across any race and any gender. Entries are limited to 500 runners, and bib pickup is in Isle before race morning.
