Trail'R Run is an enduro-format trail race held in Treillières, Loire-Atlantique, within France's Pays de la Loire region. Organized by the Treillières Run association, it typically takes place in winter. Adult participants can choose from 13 km, 25 km, and 35 km distances. Its distinguishing feature is the timing format: rather than clocking the entire duration from start to finish, the race times specific, designated segments called "spéciales." These segment times are then summed to determine the final rankings.
The courses begin in Treillières' town center. Runners select their start time within a one-hour window for their chosen race, provided they complete it before the midday deadline. Between the timed segments, the pace is unrestricted, allowing participants to slow down, gather with friends, visit aid stations, and appreciate the forest sections before resuming competitive effort. The 13 km route, featuring approximately 200 m of elevation gain, is presented as the accessible choice, while the longer races offer extended time in the woods for trail runners. The event also features three complimentary children's races over 1.5 km, 2.5 km, and 5 km.
