Trail Saint-Héand 2026

Trail Saint-Heand is a running series held in Saint-Heand, a commune in the Loire department of Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes. Taking place in November within the Monts du Lyonnais, it provides five trail distances ranging from 8 km to 50 km, allowing participants to select a short local run or a long endurance challenge. The courses traverse wooded, hilly paths through the tranquil rural landscape surrounding Saint-Heand. The 50 km race features 1,500 m of elevation gain, the 30 km includes 850 m of ascent, and the shorter 18 km, 12 km, and 8 km options present 460 m, 350 m, and 200 m of climbing, respectively.
