Trail Sang Relâche 2026

Trail Sang Relâche is a charitable trail event held in Belbeuf, a small Normandy town near Rouen. Typically occurring in late August, it offers runners 10 km or 20 km routes, alongside a 5 km walk, Nordic walking, and youth races. The longer route includes approximately 500 meters of climbing, presenting a challenging hilly course rather than a flat urban run. The routes traverse the woods and hills surrounding Belbeuf, with local streams enhancing the rural atmosphere. The event is entirely charity-focused. One edition attracted over 1,000 participants, with more than 400 runners in both the 10 km and 20 km trail races. Although a relatively new event, it depends on substantial local support; one edition involved 75 volunteers, plus organizers, partners, and a race announcer to ensure the day proceeded smoothly.
