The Trail Urbain de la Sainte-Barbe is a 9 km night race in Lens, Pas-de-Calais, northern France, with one choice: run or walk. The event takes place in late November, beginning at 6 PM from Place Jean-Jaurès, using the city streets as the course.
The single-loop route starts and finishes on Place Jean-Jaurès, passing the Louvre-Lens museum and its garden, the neo-Flemish Grands Bureaux, the covered market, and Parc Rollencourt. It then reaches Liévin, goes by the indoor athletics stadium and Saint-Amé church, and heads back toward Lens past Stade Bollaert, the Jean-Perrin faculty, and the Banque Sud de France. Post-race food includes andouillette d’Arras, welsh, fricadelle, and craft beer.
