TRAILauragais 2026

TRAILauragais is a late-September trail event held in the Lauragais area of Haute-Garonne, Occitanie, southern France. Its center is near Lac de la Thésauque, between Nailloux and Montgeard. Participants can select from 5 km, 9 km, 15 km, or 25 km courses. The 5 km La Rougne has 65 meters of climb, the 9 km Le Bartas has 140 meters, the 15 km La Roumègue has 280 meters, and the 25 km Macarel has 500 meters. Hiking options are available for the two shorter routes. The courses traverse the lake area and the Lauragais hills, emphasizing local trails and outdoor activity over a flat road race format. Sports Nature Lauragais, supported by volunteers from various outdoor sports, organizes the event. This group is also involved in trail running, triathlon, swimrun, and open-water swimming. The race originated from a collaboration between Swim Run Lauragais and Omnisport Nature Lauragais, accounting for the inclusion of both running and hiking alongside competitive trail distances.
