Triathlon de la Ferté-Bernard 2026

Triathlon de la Ferté-Bernard takes place over a weekend in mid-August at the leisure area in La Ferté-Bernard, Sarthe, Pays de la Loire. Established in 1990, it offers several race formats: XS, XS handisport, S, S relay, and M, alongside children's races. The S distance covers 750 m swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km running. The M distance follows the traditional 1500 m swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run. The M cycling course features two short ascents: the Côte des Moussières (1 km at 7%) and the Côte du Du Taureau (500 m at 10%), requiring strategic pacing for the run. The event accommodates various participants, including youth, relay teams, paratriathletes, club members, and individual competitors, with the M race attracting hundreds of finishers. Accommodation is available at the adjacent La Venise de l'Ouest campsite, suitable for motorhomes, tents, and mobile homes.
