Cannes International Triathlon

The Cannes International Triathlon takes place by the sea in Cannes, located on the French Riviera within the Alpes-Maritimes department of southern France. Typically scheduled for late April, it offers participants two distance options: the M distance, comprising a 1 km swim, 40 km bike ride, and 10 km run, or the L distance, which includes a 2 km swim, 80 km bike ride, and 20 km run. The race is based in Cannes, closely connecting the day's events to the Mediterranean coast and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The event incorporates the phrase “Cap au Sud de la France !” and caters to a wide range of participants, from seasoned triathletes to those opting for the shorter course. In a recent L race, over 460 athletes completed the course, with an average finish time slightly exceeding six hours.
