Tro Manéguen is an annual trail event held in Guénin, Morbihan, Brittany. Organized by Courir à Guénin, it features three adult race distances: 24 km with approximately 800 m of elevation gain, 14 km with 400 m, and 9 km with 170 m. The event also includes a walk and children's races, making it a local running day rather than a single race.
The adult courses are primarily off-road, consisting of about 80% trails and 20% roads, winding through the wooded hills surrounding Guénin. Participants will pass the Manéguen chapel and the Pierre du Sacrifice, with scenic views from the hills along the route. This race has been a fixture on the local calendar for many years, and each finisher receives a galette saucisse, a traditional Breton sausage pancake, adding a distinct regional flavor to the finish line.
